Hudson says Xbox 360 will obviously ”run out of time at some point,” but there’s enough life left for Mass Effect 3 ”on that platform.” Hooray.
“That was always the intention,” Hudson told GameZone, asked if Mass Effect 3 would be releasing on the Xbox 360 console.
”You get your Xbox 360 or your PC, but the Xbox 360 obviously is the one that’s going to run out of time at some point, and you create your character and play through an entire trilogy on that platform,” he went on. Mass Effect 2 releases next week.
It’s coming to Xbox 360 and PC with two pieces of free DLC arriving, in celebration of their ‘Cerberus Network’ announcement. It’s an in-game service that notifies gamers if and when new content is available and other Mass Effect news.
It releases January 26th in North America and on the 29th in Europe. Check out the latest developer diary below - it explores more of Shepard and ‘N7’ missions.
