Producer Hiromichi Tanaka admits they ”haven’t had chance” to try it out but ”very interesting” things they’ve heard excite the team on motion.
”Unfortunately, we haven’t had chance to try it out yet but we’ve heard very interesting things about it and we’d like to look at supporting it in Final Fantasy XIV, if we get the chance to do so,” Tanaka-san said in an interview with EU PlayStation.Blog.
”However, at the moment I would say that there are no current plans.” While the dev team may like the whole idea of it they won’t be sprinkling in PlayStation Move any time soon, especially if they want to make the 2010 retail.
Also having ”no plans” right now is an Xbox 360 version of FFXIV Online. It releases on PS3 and PC sometime this year as the MMO remains on track.
