It was thought that Sony might make chatting with friends, regardless of what game they’re playing, a premium feature but it looks undecided still.
”Cross-game chat is not currently included in PlayStation Plus,” was the answer posted by PSN product manager James Thorpe on the EU PlayStation.Blog.
PlayStation Plus will reward subscribers with free content like PSN titles, premium themes, avatar gear as well as discounts for the PlayStation Store.
