Rumour: God of War III Multiplayer

What is the only thing a game solely dedicated to violence, death and destruction need? More violence, death and destruction, obviously.

If the rumours are true, then Sony’s God-killing blockbuster God of War III may receive a multiplayer fighting mini-game as downloadable content.

This rumour comes from scans of the French Official PlayStation Magazine, which has a boxout feature on the content titled, ”Du Multi Pour Kratos”.

There are also two blurry screenshots depicting familiar fighting scenes: two characters at either end of the screen with health bars above their heads and a round timer in the middle.

Sony has yet to comment.
