The sequel will feature a full mission creator toolset, with a complete set of props, characters and effects. User-created stuff is playable from the start.
Essentially it's LittleBigPlanet like in nature where you can literally create any type of mission you want in any setting within the city of New Marais. Players have access to all the in-game characters, props and special effects used to make their missions.
These can be shared over PSN with chums and even played right from the very beginning of the game alongside the official campaign. Those who create little masterpieces will be stamped with a Sucker Punch seal of approval and will be active in-game by default.
Specifics surrounding the very ambitious toolset for a game like this are scarce. The studio will be running a very limited public beta for inFamous 2 and its mission creator, although much of what gets created will be wiped clean ready for the full retail launch.
