It began after a disabled gamer complained EA doesn't let you customise controls in Dead Space 2. He plays Fallout: New Vegas without use of his hands.
Admittedly this has likely rekindled the annoyance that studios don't let gamers customise controls how they want any way across platforms. Amazingly disabled gamer Gareth uses a mouse and its left and right mouse buttons with his chin to play.

"If they can have the fire assigned to a mouse button, surely they could of assigned to a mouse button. So now I can't play this game and I wasted £25."
His forum thread got so much attention that it sprung an "endorse the Video Game Custom Button Remapping Petition to Video Game Console Manufactures & Video Game Developers." It stands at 22,458.stating that signatories
