Note to Kevin Butler: when someone tweets to you “46 DC EA D3 17 FE 45 D8 09 23 EB 97 E4 95 64 10 D4 CD B2 C2″, they aren’t trying to sink your battleship.
Wait, or are they?
When Twitter user @exiva sent that message to Kevin Butler along with the challenge of “Come at me.” Butler replied:
”Lemme guess… you sank my Battleship? RT @exiva: 46 DC EA D3 17 FE 45 D8 09 23 EB 97 E4 95 64 10 D4 CD B2 C2 Come at me, @TheKevinButler”
Apparently Butler (or whoever tweets for Butler) was unaware that the code he just re-Tweeted is, in fact, the hexadecimal “jailbreak” key that unlocks the PlayStation 3. D’oh!
Naturally the tweet has since been removed, but not before it was screen-capped for posterity.
