Electronic Arts has confirmed to NowGamer that Starbreeze Studios will be unveiling a new game at Game Developers Conference - behind closed doors. There is strong speculation that the game will be a remake of the now-defunct Bullfrog Studio’s
Syndicate, a 1993 real-time tactical strategy game set in a future dystopia, produced by Peter Molyneux.
The press event will be held on March 1, and will be shown off alongside Battlefield 3, Shadows of the Damned, Alice: Madness Returns, Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning, and Crysis 2.
Starbreeze Studios is best known for The Chronicles of Riddick games and The Darkness.
