Section 8: Prejudice finally has a release date on PlayStation Network. The shooter will be released in Europe on July 27, and North America on July 26, according to TimeGate Studios. To make up for the delay, the PSN version will come with Skirmish and Assault, which was formerly DLC for the Xbox Live Arcade and PC versions..
Buying the game in its first week of release on PSN will get the player the Blitz Armor Pack and Overdrive Map Pack for free as well. The real early birds - that is, the first 1000 PSN purchases - will also get the exclusive Hunter Armor and a copy of the original Section 8.
The first 1000 PlayStation Plus members to open their wallets will also receive the exclusive Hunter Armor as well as a free copy of the original Section 8.
That’s not to say Xbox Live Arcade gamers are ignored, as some new DLC is hitting that version. The Frontier Colonies Map Pack adds Desolation and Overseer maps, as we detailed recently.
