Tecmo-Koei has announced the North American release date for their bloody third-person actioner Ninja Gaiden 3. Ryu will be hacking off limbs on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on the 20th March, 2012.
The publisher also announced a Collector’s Edition as well as a preorder bonus. Those who preorder the game at GameStop and Amazon will get a special downloadable two-character demo stage from Dead or Alive 5. The Collector’s Edition offers a chance to play all four characters in the Dead or Alive 5 demo stage, a Ninja Gaiden 3 “Unmask” game art book, soundtrack CD, and a unique “Duel of the Masked” figure.
The Collector’s Edition will run $99.99 USD, and is only available in North America at GameStop and EB Games. Further information for the EU release has not been revealed yet.
