In an official UK forum post by Kalms, he thanked patch beta testers for their input.
"If Steam QA gives thumbs up, then those of you which have version 795745 installed on your PCs are already running the official client R11," informed Kalms. "If Steam QA uncovers more problems which requires generation of a new client version, then you will be required to install the new version at the time that we roll out the patch to everyone."
However, not soon after, Kalms announced that the patch was approved by Steam, and had an unconfirmed date of September 21: "The game has completed Steam QA! Expect the release in the wee hours of Wednesday Sep 21st (GMT). There will be a proper announcement on Monday Sep 19th."
