Gas Powered Games takes over Age of Empires Online

In a shocking turn of events, Microsoft has announced that Robot Entertainment, the group formed of ex-Ensemble Studio employees, is no longer developing Age of Empires Online. Gas Powered Games, led by Chris Taylor and best known for the Dungeon Siege and Supreme Commander series, will be taking over on the MMORTS.

There was no reason given by Microsoft, Robot Entertainment or Gas Powered Games.
