Two fighters in the upcoming crossover Street Fighter X Tekken have been leaked by, of all things, a screenshot on the game page of Xbox Live Marketplace. The screenshot spoils the fact that M. Bison and Ling Xiaoyu will be in the game, as Xiaoyu appears in the lower left corner of the image, while M. Bison appears in the lower right.
It’s no surprise that the iconic M. Bison would appear in the game, arguably the most recognizable Street Fighter character, thanks to both Raul Julia’s portrayal of him in the 1994 film Street Fighter and the internet meme that has popped up from the animated series version which has Bison gloating, ”Yes! YES!”
Ling Xiaoyu, who first appeared in Tekken 3, is less noteworthy, but still a fan favorite in the series, as well as the protagonist of the Tekken: Blood Vengeance CGI film.
Street Fighter X Tekken will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in March 2012.
