The Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning demo is now available for download for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game, which is a collaboration of author R.A. Salvatore, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane, and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion lead designer Ken Rolston, is a Diablo-styled action-RPG that features a versatile leveling system.
For even more of an incentive to try the demo, playing it will unlock special Mass Effect 3 DLC, awarding the player the Reckoner Knight Armor which boosts damage, and the Charkam Launcher assault rifle, which ”uses a fabricator to manufacture lightweight, explosive ammunition discs.”
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning weighs in at 1.9GB, and can be downloaded from Steam and Origin for PC, Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox 360, and PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is due to be released on the 7th February in North America, and the 10th February worldwide.
