Revolution DLC officially unveiled for Black Ops 2

Activision has finally unveiled the Revolution downloadable content pack coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 with a four minute developer diary showing off all of the features that will be included. The DLC will be released first for the Xbox 360 on the 29th January, with the PC and PlayStation 3 versions coming at “a future date”.

Perhaps the most intriguing is the “Die Rise” zombie map which not only has co-op zombie killin’, but in a vertical environment with plenty of falling traps such as open elevator shafts.

Meanwhile, the Zombies mode allows for the first time for players to play as zombies hunting a single human player. Kill the human, and the gamer respawns as the human player.

The DLC costs 1200 Microsoft Points ($14.99 USD), but Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 DLC Season Pass subscribers will get the DLC for free.
