The major bugs naturally are the crash bugs that seem to vary from user to user. ”We are are trying to sort these out by sending those who experience particularly large numbers of crashes special versions of the EXEs. From the feedback it seems that some people are affected much more frequently than others by crashes,” states the developer, adding gamers who are having serious crash issues should email Egosoft directly at info@egosoft.com.
Other problems include trade ship AI bugs and performance issues, and one of the odder bugs is that the localization for German and French are screwed up.
Egosoft also promises some improvements in the future as well, including better identification of NPC classes, improved joystick support, better menu and user inferface, and more keyboard shortcuts.
