In the interview, Tanimura stated, ”The voices of the fans are pretty strong, we hear them a lot. We do reference them, take in those comments and feedback from the fans. Though I do try to balance. I’m sure many of those who express their voices about the game are those who play the game the most, but we try not to take in all of their feedback, because there are others playing the game who aren’t as vocal.
“We try to balance it out by asking other people who don’t voice their opinions as much and try to get their feedback as well, so that we can get a good overall feeback to base my decisions on. Obviously we won’t change the game directly according to the user’s voices, but they are always good reference.”
