Indie developer Phil Fish went on a Twitter rampage and canceled Fez 2, angrily stating he’s done with videogame development.
It started when GameTrailer’s Annoyed Gamer took Phil Fish and Jonathan Blow to task on an episode of Everything and the Kitchen Sink for not reacting to Microsoft reversing itself on independent developers now being allowed to self-publish.
Phil Fish’s response was quite direct:
He then declared:
Fish’s studio Polytron then tweeted, ”It’s with a heavy heart that we announce that FEZ II has been cancelled and is no longer in development. We apologize for the disappointment.”
