Developers from DICE, makers of military shooter Battlefield 4, have revealed some of the new fixes and tweaks in the pipeline, including weapon balance and improvements to spectator mode.
Multiplayer designers Alan Kertz and Dennis Brännvall talked about the changes in a series of Twitter posts yesterday. There are several guns set to be rebalanced, as well as alterations to grenades and the spectator mode.
Rebalance. DMR. V40. RGO. FB. MAA. Heli. Hand Flares.
Oh the humanity!

Small impact wins, looking at a smaller explosion sound and effect on the V40, to show off its a less effective grenade and reduce spam.

Watching @BattlefieldESL spectator feels outdated now in comparison, improvements are coming

Mostly tweaks and removal of clutter, better flow to spectator. All in all it adds up. Casters are doing a great job though

Plenty of work ongoing at DICE after the game's troubled launch, then. We'll keep you updated regarding any official confirmations as we hear them.
