Blizzard has finally announced the release date for Warlords of Draenor, the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion. Your next portion of massively multiplayer fantasy will be available this November 13.
The developer announced the news at a special fan event, where they also showed off the expansion’s introductory cinematic and the first episode in an animated mini-series examining its detailed backstory.
Titled ‘Lords of War’, the lore series will continue over the next few weeks. Each episode covers one of the powerful Orc leaders who’ll make an appearance in Warlords of Draenor; this first episode focuses on Kargath Bladefist, a former gladiator and slave who eventually became the leader of the powerful Shattered Hand warband.
Oh, and here’s the flashy new CGI trailer. I know these have nothing to do with the actual game, but they look pretty good, don’t they?
