A Steam logo has popped up on Final Fantasy XIII's portal site, leading to speculation that the fantasy RPG will be making its way to PC.
In fact, it's looking very likely that it will. Even the main Square Enix page has the game listed with a PC release.
Final Fantasy has had a rather rocky relationship with the PC, with VII and VIII receiving rather shonky ports and IX and X not making the transition at all.
Final Fantasy XIII itself was released on PS3 and Xbox 360 back in 2010 (!), to generally positive reviews. The portal website actually features the game's two sequels - Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns - so we may even be in for a compilation pack.
We'll keep an eye out for any confirmation from Square Enix. The 2014 Tokyo Game Show kicks off tomorrow, so we may get some new information there.
