Ubisoft has revealed the first image of the character we’ll be playing as we rampage around the Himalayas in Far Cry 4.
His name is Ajay Ghale, a Kyrat (fictional province where the game takes place) native who returns to the mountains to scatter his mother’s ashes and somehow ends up riding a war elephant through a military outpost while firing a machine gun. These things can happen.

Well done Ubisoft for creating someone who looks less annoying than Far Cry 3 protagonist Jason Brody, who I sort of wanted to feed to a saltwater crocodile right from the start.
Ghale might be our hero, but it’s clearly unhinged but rather dapper villain Pagan Min who’ll be the main attraction when the game comes out this November 18.
