A community creator for Dota 2 has put together a certain special shopkeeper for the MOBA. It’s none other than Valve boss-but-not-a-boss-type-boss Gabe Newell. It is perhaps mankind’s greatest achievement thus far in 2015.
Its creator says it’s in ”gratitude to the development team” behind Dota 2 that helped explode the eSports scene throughout last year. Valve is currently sniffing around for New Bloom items.
”Many have told me that the developers won’t notice this work and I understand that the chances of success are negligible,” said community creator down_limit. ”However, with the support of the community, do not rule out the possibility that the developers will notice my custom shopkeeper and add it for the New Bloom event.”
New Bloom is an upcoming theme pack centred on the Chinese New Year, so they’re looking for stuff that would suite among the pile of community creations. Hopefully Shopkeeper Gabe will been given a free pass. Submissions for New Bloom close by January 19th.
