Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Knight uses Nvidia's Gameworks to make everything in environments extra fluttery and generally more of a mess for some poor janitorial staff to come by and clean up afterwards.
A new trailer has been released to show off the latest additions such as 'interactive paper debris' and the more usual billowing smoke and fog. These are all something extra for those with a bicep-bulging GPU.
What's shown in the Gameworks video?
• Interactive Fog and Smoke
• Interactive Paper Debris
• PhysX Destruction
• Enhanced Rain
No longer will we suffer terribly of having rain merely run off Batman's cape as it will "naturally bead off" instead, hopefully ending all that broken immersion we've felt up till now.
Batman: Arkham Knight releases on PC June 23rd.
