1.3 billion orcs have been killed by their underlings or friends thanks to our hero's meddling. Over 200 million have been dominated and enslaved. You can't even leave them alone while they're enjoying a hot meal - 2.8 million harmless celebratory feasts have been interrupted by the sound of a massive knife repeatedly entering and exiting an orc's most sensitive areas.
