Fancy RC cars are the new hotness for collector’s editions these days. The latest title from Deep Silver is stepping it with a fancy RC combat drone.
Homefront: The Revolution’s Goliath Edition will include a scale replica of the Goliath drone, with radio control features, working lights, and a six-wheel suspension system. More mundane collector’s edition bonuses include a steelbook and a 32-page artbook featuring concept and weaponry art.
On the digital goods side, this edition will also include the preorder bonus Revolutionary Spirit pack, featuring a few new skins and instant weapon unlocks. It will also include the Expansion Pass, which will cover all single-player content released for the game. The game director adds ”We’re planning for a dedicated team to work on additional single-player content for at least a year after release.”
No word yet on the price of this monstrosity, but you can bet it’ll be significant. Homefront: The Revolution is due out May 17 in North America, and May 20 worldwide.
