Fatshark has announced today that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 has reached the one million units sold mark, which has been achieved after just five weeks of being released on the PC.
“We are genuinely humbled by the reception of Warhammer: Vermintide 2 from gamers all over the world” says Martin Wahlund, CEO Fatshark. “We reached half a million units within the first week, and one million within five weeks, which is far quicker than we ever expected.”
We thought Warhammer: Vermintide 2 was excellent, giving it 8/10 in our review, saying that “Vermintide 2 is a fantastic game and a major improvement over its predecessor”.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 too, but we don't have a release date for those platforms yet. A beta test will begin in Spring 2018.
