If you’ve been playing a lot of ARC Raiders recently, you might have spotted some players using a rare outfit which is both sleek and dark. It’s called G-suit, and here we’re revealing how to obtain it.
But… why should raiders care about this G-suit in the first place? Well, so far, cosmetics don’t affect gameplay in ARC Raiders (and we’re hoping it stays that way), yet, given the limited HUD and dense natural environments in this game, any outfit which makes it easy to blend in with the background, especially dark ones, will be a useful advantage to have. That half-second it might take an antagonistic raider to spot you could be the difference between life and death (and thus losing all your valuable loot). We also think the G-suit simply looks extremely cool.
How to obtain the G-suit in ARC Raiders
The good news is that getting the G-suit for ARC Raiders was very easy. The bad news is that it can’t be obtained anymore, at least not right now.
The G-suit was tied to Deluxe Edition pre-orders of ARC Raiders. The bonuses included the G-suit legendary outfit, the Salvager backpack, and the Spaceship Souvenir backpack attachment.
At the time of writing, Embark Studios hasn’t signaled the G-suit will ever be made available through the in-game store or events, though players are making noise online and would love to get their hands on it. As it stands, it’s a truly rare item available only for those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition.
How to check if you own the G-suit in ARC Raiders
Many gamers either haven’t realized they actually purchased the pre-order Deluxe Edition of ARC Raiders or redeemed a code which granted access to the bonus content. In some cases, these players have later realized they had access to the G-suit and the other extra cosmetics, so here’s how you can quickly check if you own the valuable skin or simply find it after knowingly grabbing that version of the game.
From the main hub, open the Raider tab, select Customization near the bottom, and in the Style section, select Outfits. Here you’ll find every available outfit.
The G-suit shows up as a legendary‑tier space suit under the Astro theming. It has several color variants and toggles for its headgear and an oxygen tank. Of course, if you own it, we’re of the opinion should keep it as dark as possible to make the most of it, especially during Night Raids.
