With Battlefield 6 now out in the wild and its Season 1 plans laid out, the progression and cosmetics grind begins, and if you’re a Twitch user with access to Prime benefits, you may want to learn everything about the BF6 October Twitch drops.
Following a successful open beta which also had a number of Twitch drops for the full game based on hours of BF6 streams watched, it comes as no surprise EA and Battlefield Studios are teaming up again with Twitch for new campaigns. Battlefield 2042 veterans might also be familiar with such collaborations, as the previous BF installment has received many Twitch-exclusive cosmetics over the years.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about this first month’s BF6 drops and how to get them.
Battlefield 6 Twitch drops for October 10-17
As revealed by the official Battlefield 6 blog, the first batch of post-launch Twitch drops will be available during the week of October 10-17, marking the start of the game’s exclusive cosmetics tied to Prime subscriptions.
While there’s nothing very special about the launch-week skins and dog tag, players with Prime subs will be able to sport some exclusive, green-heavy looks. There’s also a twist to how to obtain the first soldier skin, so make sure to read the rundown below carefully:
- Versatile soldier skin: Subscribe to an eligible streamer (or gift a sub to their community) to earn this Twitch-exclusive soldier skin. As a reminder, Prime members, have one free sub to any streamer per month, so now sounds like the perfect time to use it. Just make sure they’re part of this campaign.
- Called Shotgun dog tag: Watch 1 hour of eligible BF6 streams. You can just leave it playing in the background.
- Cyber War weapon package: Watch 2 hours of eligible BF6 streams.
- Green Falcon vehicle skin: Watch 3 hours of eligible BF6 streams.
As a final note: The completed drops appear in your Drops Inventory, which means they must be manually claimed “within 24 hours.” After that, they’ll show up in-game as long as your Twitch and EA accounts have been connected.
Battlefield 6’s launch-week Twitch drops start at October 10 at 8am PT and end on October 17 at 11:59am PT.
