Bloodstained Ritual of the Night Post-launch Content

On launch day, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is set to receive the Boss Rush and Speedrun modes, alongside the Pure Miriam outfit for free. Furthermore, the Iga’s Back Pack DLC will also be available for $9.99, allowing players to battle Koji Igarashi, the game’s creator himself, and earn the Swordwhip weapon.
The Iga’s Back Pack DLC was initially planned as backer-only content for those who chose to back Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night with $60 or more. As 505 Games’ Roberto Angel-Corlux explains in a post on Kickstarter, the decision to make it purchasable by anyone came both from a place of giving players as few reasons as possible to pirate the title, and from a general consensus between almost 30000 participants in a poll on the subject that they would be okay with the content being sold.
As for post-launch content, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is set to receive two new characters, an Online, Local Co-op and Versus Mode, a Roguelike Mode, Boss Rush Mode, Chaos Mode and Classic Mode. Set to launch on June 18, the title can now be pre-ordered on Steam for the discounted price of 35,99€ or your regional equivalent.
