Cadence of Hyrule has, like any good Zelda game, a proper usable bow & arrow for you to make great use of, with the number of arrows you carry being expandable through the use of the Quiver item.
To win Quiver in Cadence of Hyrule, you're going to have to win the Shooting Gallery side-quest, which is available very early on - in the village of Kakariko, in fact. Find out below what the easiest way of getting the Quiver is.
How to get more Arrows in Cadence of Hyrule?
Firstly, go to the south-eastern part of Kakariko Village, and go inside the big building with a target drawn above the entrance. That's where you'll find the Shooting Gallery, which is the special mini-quest where you can unlock the Quiver to extend your supply of arrows.
It's clear what you need to do - shoot down targets and get points for your effort! 10 points will net you a Piece of Heart, while the Quiver will be made available after you score 20 points.
This isn't all that easy, mind, but the catch is that you can invite a buddy to help you out! The scores and difficulty do not change when another player joins the game, so you can essentially bypass the Shooting Gallery side-quest by joining forces with a pal.
When you're done with that, why not unlock Fast Travel as well? Happy hunting!
