Call of Duty: Warzone launched back in March, and since then many players have been experiencing the same problem. Often reported after updates, or during peak times or maintenance, the “Unable to Connect to Online Services,” has become a bane to the playerbase.
Normally these are server side issues with nothing to be done, but there are a few things you can try.

Check Server Status
You can check the server status on Activision’s website. If the servers are indeed down, there’s nothing you can do but wait it out.
Restart Game
If the problem does lie on your side or if the servers are simply overloaded, a simple restart of Warzone will force a new connection attempt and maybe get you back into the game.
Restart Computer
This could apply if you’ve just updated the game. Some people report that a full system restart allows them to connect normally again.
Switching Server
In the case of server maintenance, not all servers go down at the same time, so a quick swap can sometimes get you back online. Log out of the Battle.net app and above your login information, click the drop down box to change region. To change the region for a single game, the drop down menu is available above the Play button.
