Ghost Recon Breakpoint has been announced as the next title in Ubisoft's shooter series, moving the action to the Auroa archipelago. There, Ghosts will go against a rogue military unit of similar training called the Wolves. But will it feature a co-op mode?
Here's everything we know about whether or not Ghost Recon Breakpoint will launch with a co-op mode that allows other players to join you on your adventures across Auroa.
Ghost Recon Breakpoint Co-op
As if a rogue military unit that's been through the same training as the Ghosts wasn't bad enough, the new setting is also filled with automated drones and other types of machine opponents. Luckily, Ghost Recon Breakpoint will, indeed, allow you to call upon friends to tackle its missions, as a co-op mode was confirmed during its announcement livestream.
Just like Ghost Recon Wildlands before it, Ghost Recon Breakpoint will let players go through it either on their own or in co-op that supports up to four players.
Although going at it on your own is a viable way to play, co-op will, likely, allow for more a more strategic experience when battling the Wolves. To this extent, sync shots also make a return while unlocking the proper gadget will allow chaining multiple sync shots together.
