With only a bit over a week left of 2020, we’re preparing to sign off for the remainder of the year. But before we go, we wanted to wrap up things by thanking you, our readers, for continuing to stick with us.
Despite the challenges brought by a pandemic that took everyone by surprise, 2020 did give us many great video games which undoubtedly played their part in seeing everyone through.
Awesome new entries in beloved series like Panzer Corps 2, Doom Eternal, and Amnesia: Rebirth tested our tactical abilities, reflexes and scared the living hell out of us.
Crusader Kings III let us force people to renounce clothes, imprison those who wouldn’t, and conquer continents in our spare time. Haven, one of 2020’s indie gems, then brought a welcome dose of relaxation while telling a heartfelt story.
We wrote as many words about video games as possible, but all our efforts would be in vain without you. That’s why we want to thank you for taking the time to read our news pieces, find solutions to burning issues through our guides, and patiently go through our reviews to dig deeper into the games you were anticipating. We hope you’ll do the same in 2021.
We’re going break until January 4, 2021, when you’ll start seeing regular updates from us once more. The first month of the year is generally slower, but there’s always something to write about when it comes to video games.
Since angry goblins successfully performed a last-minute raid on our holiday card storage, we’ll leave you with a couple of awesome ones from across the industry.
Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year 2021!
