As Helldivers 2 draws ever closer, those of us looking forward to vanquish foes and bring new planets under Super Earth's control alongside our pals on different platforms may be wondering if crossplay is part of the third-person shooter's launch day package.
As with its predecessor, co-op makes Helldivers 2 truly shine. The inclusion of cross-platform support at launch would help ensure that parties who plan on picking the game on different systems won't end up separated in their effort to fill bugs and other nasty foes with as much lead as possible.

Thankfully, there's no need to worry, as developer Arrowhead Game Studios has confirmed that Helldivers 2 cross-platform support will be available as soon as the game is out on February 8, 2024.

So, there you have it, Helldivers 2 cross-platform support is officially confirmed for launch, which should make jumping into the third-person shooter a tad more compelling for many prospective players.
