Out for about a month now, sci-fi souls-like The Surge 2 today received a free DLC that expands the arsenal with which players can dismember and dismantle their opposition.
Alongside releasing the free DLC, publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Deck13 announced that details regarding The Surge 2’s Season Pass will be made public next week.
The Surge 2 Free DLC Season Pass
The free Future Shock Weapon Pack DLC, adds no less than four new weapons to The Surge 2. Player can get a hold of them by hunting for enemies already wielding them and forcefully removing them from the unlucky opponents. The four weapons are as follows:
- Golden Twin Blades
- “EFH” Heavy Duty Weapon
- Mangled Articulators Punching Gloves
- Golden Harvest Double Duty Weapon
The full details regarding The Surge 2’s Season Pass will drop next week. They’re said to cover “more weapons, more implants, more gear sets, and a brand-new storyline DLC with hours of content in a new environment to be released down the line.”.
