Two Point Museum has pleasantly kept Sega and Two Point Studios’ charming management sim series going this year. Of course, more DLCs are coming, and the next one, Zooseum, aims to bring unexpected zoo tycoon elements into the game.
The slightly bigger DLC is set to launch on December 2 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, with the Nintendo Switch 2 version following in Q1 2026. It’ll be selling for $10.99, “slightly higher than Fantasy Finds, which was a smaller piece of content as an expedition map-pack DLC.” Developers say it features an all-new five-chapter story campaign and a new map… on top of all the new items, specialists, expeditions, enclosures, and, of course, animals.

Here’s the full list of features as shared in the original blog post:
- A new museum location to establish in the beautiful Silverbottom Park
- A new Wildlife expert type
- An unexplored expedition map to discover: the Farflung Isles
- 40+ Wildlife Exhibits to rescue: featuring both habitat and terrarium animals, big and small.
- A new five-star campaign
- New adorable gift shop items
- New workshop items, including interactive displays
- New themed items, useful utility and wildlife decorations
- Two new animal-related rooms: Habitat and Wildlife Welfare
The inclusion of zoo management sim elements raises a number of questions, with the big one in everyone’s mind being whether Two Point Studios is testing the waters for a complete game focusing on animal attractions. Considering the Zoo Tycoon IP is pretty much dead and Frontier’s Planet Zoo hasn’t received a sequel yet, there’s an opening in the management sim market for sure, so we’d be very curious about this studio’s take on the formula.
