One of the biggest surprises from February 2026’s State of Play was the official announcement of an untitled John Wick game developed by Saber Interactive.
Although the renowned hitman has been featured in video games in the past, this time around we’re getting an AAA single-player third-person action title that aims to faithfully recreate both the films’ aesthetic and their iconic high-octane “gun-fu” fighting style.
Untitled John Wick Game Release Date
Saber Interactive’s AAA untitled John Wick game does not currently have a release date. It’s possible that we’ll have a longer wait ahead of us before we can stylishly dispatch foes as the legendary assassin.

Untitled John Wick Game Gameplay
Saber Interactive’s untitled John Wick game “will deliver on the signature style and unique elements fans expect from a John Wick mission, including a hard-hitting gun-fu combat system, jaw-dropping camerawork, intense driving experiences, cinematic storytelling, and a bold range of atmospherically immersive environments, all crafted to make players feel like they are in a John Wick movie, playing the role of the Baba Yaga himself,” according to an emailed press release.
The title revolves around an original story set “years before the Impossible Task,” which will see us fighting our way through “rich, neo-noir environments.”
Developer Saber Interactive is working closely with Director Chad Stahelski and Lionsgate to ensure its upcoming game is as authentic to the franchise as possible. More details will likely be shared as development progresses.
Untitled John Wick Game Price and Platforms
Unsurprisingly, the untitled John Wick game’s price remains a mystery for now. It’s unlikely that we’ll hear more about it before the project gets an official title. In terms of platforms, we can expect it to release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
