post processing and more removed for fps boost (project potato)

This mod isn't the prettiest in the least, but if you have an old PC or laptop that doesn't have the hardware to handle No Man's Sky in its full glory, this might be your best option. It removes several graphical effects from the game in order to allow pretty much even the lowest end machines to run No Man's Sky without a problem. Not the kind of graphical prowess you'll write to anyone about, but certainly a performance boost to anyone working with restrictive hardware.

Colorful Warp

A simple, yet beautiful addition the game. When you warp in No Man's Sky regularly, the warp tunnel is almost always a golden and somewhat ugly color. This mod reworks the warp visuals into a more rainbow-like effect. It's not so vibrant that it will strain your eyes, but it is a fantastic replacement for the game's regular feeling of warping through urine-colored cosmos.

Ever wanted to go back and undo something that went wrong in No Man's Sky, well past the game's regular recent autosaves? Ever get caught in a situation where the game saved your position somewhere in the landscape and unable to move? Ever get corrupted save files that ruin your ability to continue? This is the solution you absolutely need. No Man's SaveGame Manager is a program that will save copies of your game files every time the game auto-saves, ensuring that your journey won't be ruined if the game overwrites your saves with broken or problematic files.

Internal Resolution Multipliers (PAK)

If you generally run your system at 1980x1080 resolution, than No Man's Sky is supposed to detect that and run in the same resolution. Unfortunately, there is a bug that will cause No Man's Sky not to run in your native settings. This mod is a collection of files designed to fix the problem for just about any resolution. After all, the game shouldn't downgrade the experience if your machine is capable of running it.

For many of us, lens flare effects in games aren't much of a problem. In fact, you might even hardly notice it. It's used in a multitude of places in No Man's Sky, particular with flood lights and sun effects. If you're one of the types that absolutely hate this effect, we've got a solution for you. This mod reduces lens flare to practical non-existence in the game, ensuring that you won't be running into any blinding and impractical camera effects in your journey.
