Right now developer Relic has no intention of stopping their update crusade for Dawn of War II, promising the next one will add some "awesome new features." Included also will be "many bug fixes, a balance update, new maps" and likely anything else they can think of. They're already "hard at work" on it, having just released patch 1.3.2.

Blogging their Warhammer 40K hearts out, Relic devs have finally started pulling back the veil on Dawn of War II's planned 'There is Only War' "major update". THQ has announced that the stand-alone Dawn of War II expansion "Chaos Rising" will be released in Europe on 12th March, 2010 and in the US on 11th March, 2010. Australia has been given its release date for Relic and THQ's Dawn of War II - Retribution expansion, which is stand-alone by the way, and its March 2nd. The Collector's Edition will be on sale for AUD $59.95 apparently. Retribution has campaigns for all races and even brings back base building.
THQ's Danny Bilson has revealed real-time strategy studio Relic Entertainment is collaborating with Valhalla Game Studios on Devil's Third. They're partnering on some "really cool aspects" of technology for the action shooter. Valhalla is solo but THQ treat "all our external teams as internal".
