A bumper crop of screenshots for two forthcoming 40K video games has surfaced today; one batch showcases the galactic playgrounds of Battlefleet: Gothic, the other the cramped hallways and vaulted cathedrals of Space Hulk: Deathwing.

Both are looking quite nice. This is the first time we've seen the warships of Gothic's Chaos faction, which, much like their Chaos Space Marine foot-soldiers, tend to look a bit heavy metal.

A new trailer for developer Streum On's Warhammer 40,000 shooter Space Hulk: Deathwing has been released, showing the game's heroic Dark Angels knocking the crap out of a horde of alien genestealers.

The Unreal Engine 4 is doing some stellar work on those bolters and suits of Space Marine power armour.

Space Hulk: Deathwing is the upcoming first-person shooter from StreumOn Studio, and it's just received its first batch of screenshots showing the lead character in alien-busting action.

You play as a Deathwing Librarian, a psychic warrior from the Dark Angels chapter of the Space Marines, 40K's elite transhuman soldiers who enjoy long walks in the chaos-warped corridors of a abandoned death-ship and jumping up and down on the shattered remains of heretics.

A GamesCom 2013 pamphlet has revealed an unannounced first person shooter Space Hulk: Deathwing, to be published by Focus Home Interactive and developed by Cyanide, whose foray into Games Workshop's license has been the turn-based Blood Bowl games.
