The Dark Eye: Demonicon Summary
Kalypso has released a new trailer for their action-RPG, The Dark Eye: Demonicon, which will be demoing the PC version at GamesCom 2013. The trailer shows off some of the locations players will be visiting, as well as some of the enemies they'll be fighting, both human and undead.
Kalypso has announced that its upcoming action-RPG The Dark Eye - Demonicon will be arriving in late October 2013 on PC, while the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will be launching sometime in 2014.
Kalypso Media has announced that Demonicon will be using German pen-and-paper roleplaying game The Dark Eye's sourcebook and ruleset, and will be renamed The Dark Eye: Demonicon. The Dark Eye has long been the German equivalent of Dungeons & Dragons, debuting in 1984.
Kalypso Media today announced that it's acquired parts of TGC - The Games Company, who recently went into insolvency. The acquisition grants Kalypso Media rights to third-person RPG Demonicon and the browser based MMO - UCITI.
A team of 17 employees from the former development department of TGC, Silver Style Entertainment, will be merged with the newly founded Noumena Studios, which is owned by Kalypso Media.
