No Man's Sky has a somewhat annoying way about confirming all options in the game. Rather than approach something and instantly interact with it, almost everything requires you to approach, wait for a prompt, and hold the button until the interaction occurs. This mod is set towards removing this general waste of time. All actions will now occur instantly upon a button press, rather than filling a wheel before occurring.
