Developer Revolution Software has announced on the official Broken Sword: The Serpent's Curse Kickstarter that the game has hit its $400,000 goal, with over two weeks to spare.
The Kickstarter project wasas a crowd-funded title back on the 23rd August.
Revolution then announced its "Stretch Goals" for the remaining 16 days, with the ultimate goal of $1,000,000 which would greenlight the sequel to one of the most honored adventure titles, Beyond a Steel Sky 2.
For the uninitiated, the Broken Sword adventure game series is a long-running IP starring unwilling hero George Stobbart, an intrepid American lawyer, and Nico Collard, a sassy French freelance journalist. The Serpent's Curse will be the fifth title in the series.
