Dark Souls II producer Takeshi Miyazoe is promising that the bloody action game will be "a good PC experience for PC gamers".
In an interview, Miyazoe explained, "The current plan is (to allow) players to choose whether they want to use keyboard and mouse or a controller. Both options will be available. Dark Souls was clearly designed with a controller in mind and considering most PC gamers I know have an Xbox 360 controller as standard, that isn't a drawback. Still it's good to have options. "
The PC version of the original Dark Souls was hardly optimized for PCs, with low resolution graphics and a lack of graphic and control options. Miyazoe explained that From Software had a "lack of experience" with the PC platform, and the game was somewhat rushed.
Dark Souls II will be released on PC and consoles in March 2014.
