They're charged with infringing on the Securities Trading Act, as authorities are unhappy with reports regarding The Secret World between August 2011 and July 2012.
Funcom is said to have neglected their book keeping during that time frame with Funcom reportedly co-operating fully with the investigation team.
Their last fiscal report showed lower revenue for the company and there's been a lack of stock exchange messages since Q3, where revenue fell 10.9 million to 5.3 million. Even lower performance is due to come out of their Q4 fiscal earnings report. The Secret World is made by Funcom with EA publishing.
