'Spec Ops: The Line' made official by 2K, set in post-disaster Dubai

For gamers next year, ‘Spec Ops: The Line’ from 2K will give us a sand storm, a rogue US officer and a disaster struck Dubai to deal with.

German studio Yager is developing the game, which looks to use a lot of physics, sand and unsavoury decisions to be made by players.

We’ll be plunged into ”unspeakable situations” says the teaser site now up for ‘Spec Ops: The Line’. The trailer shows the environmental nightmare you’ll need to fight through, with the sand reacting to physics. It’s coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
