With the training regime mode having been part of Rocket League for some time now, Psyonix are starting to outline the best player submitted training maps. This time around, they're focusing on the skills needed to push you into the upper tiers - aerial shots. The 'rocket' in Rocket League many mean its various vehicles are capable of some extreme 0-60mph times, but they're also very good getting some serious airtime. In the hands of the right player, this can mean scoring goals the rest of the team have little chance of defending.

And there you go! Aerial training programs for almost everyone. Though the idea of aerial shots may sound cool, they're incredibly difficult to get to grips with. Training programs and hard practice will certainly help you game, but anyone who isn't up for that kind of commitment should rest known it isn't an essential skill unless you're hoping to climb into the high escolons of the Rocket League ranks. Play naturally, however, and you'll still stick around in the Silver tiers, at least. And, should you eventually want to progress, there's always time.
