While the Ghost Recon: Wildlands beta having taken place over the weekend, we're finally in the home stretch. There's a little over a week to go until Ubisoft's ambition open-world take on the Ghost Recon name goes out to the public, and they're back at it with another stand-out live-action trailer.

John McTiernan himself has been the man behind classic action flicks like Die Hard and The Hunt for the Red October alongside Predator not long before. McTiernan's 'retirement' wasn't choice, however, with the long-time director only recently being released from prison due to his involvement in wiretapping phones calls with a hired PI. Something which, in itself, sounds like movie material. For the time being, it seems one of the best places to slot in a pre-order is through Origin rather than uPlay. Should you make the decision in time, Ghost Recon: Wildlands can be had on launch day for around £40 - or with another 10% off if you abuse EA's Origin Access trial.
