Unlike what people tell themselves, size does matter. How you use it of course is very important, but a sizeable thing used well beats a small thing used well any day of the week. That's why Nvidia decided to partner up with Acer, Asus, and HP to create 65-inch 4K monitors with 120Hz HDR displays.

"PC gamers expect high performance and instant response times, but, until now, they’ve been largely limited to traditional desktop displays," said Matt Wuebbling, head of GeForce marketing at NVIDIA. "BFGDs change that. With NVIDIA’s latest technology built into these new displays, PC gamers can now experience their favorite titles in all the low-latency glory they deserve". The 4K HDR display features a full-array direct backlight, 1,000-nit peak luminance and DCI-P3 color gamut for the ultimate in visual quality. It also has a bundled Shield remote/game controller, streaming apps, and Google Assistant support - because at this point, why not. General availability is expected this summer when pricing and further specifications will be announced. It must be noted as a caveat that no graphics card at this time can run any game on 4K with a 120Hz, so don't go chomping at that bit unless you have a lot of money to throw away. And remember: 65-inch Smart TVs exist right now.
